But, it hasn’t always been this way. I grew up a scrawny hardgainer. Then, in my mid 20’s life ‘got in the way’ as I watched my body balloon up while gaining 60 pounds of excess fat.
Finally, at 35 years old I got my shit together and transformed my average body into a work of art in spite of my crappy genetics. Now at 40, I’m in the best shape of my life!
I achieved this ripped and muscular physique all while enjoying my favourite foods, without boring myself with marathon cardio sessions, and without wasting my hard earned money on useless supplements.
