I’ve been training with Rick for the past three years. His initial goal was to be in the best shape of his life on his 50th Birthday… and he DEFINITELY achieved it.
This week he turned 51… and it’s been absolutely awesome to see that he’s continued to improve his physique during the past 12 months.
He’s gained 3 pounds of muscle and even looks a bit more shredded than he was last year at this time…
During the past few months he questioned his level of rippedness. He kept telling me, “I’ve been looking in the mirror and I don’t think my back is as ripped as it was on my 50th Birthday.”
My response every time was, “Dude… you’re freak’n shredded! You’ve got veins crawling along your back and I can see the freak’n muscle fibers… trust me… you’re definitely more ripped than last year.”
