After 4 weeks on a three day full body workout routine we switched it up to a five day body part split routine. In today’s behind the scenes footage, I discus the reasons why I change things up every four weeks.
Of course, you’ll also see every meal I consumed today, plus some self massage tips for your upper back and shoulders. When those muscles are tight, they can negatively impact your chest workout.
Here’s my meal breakdown for the day…
Breakfast: approximately 450 calories
Second meal: approximately 450 calories
Dinner (post workout): approximately 450 calories
Treat: approximately 250 calories
Late night snack: approximately 400 calories
Total calories: approximately 2000 calories

30 minute walk with Chief
Chest workout from Phase 5 of AMP – Aesthetic Muscle Plan.
10 minute intervals on the stationary bike (20 second sprints, 40 second recovery)
