Breakfast: approximately 450 calories
Second meal: 300 calories
Full Strength post-workout shake: 300 calories
Third meal: approximately 350 calories
Dinner (post workout): approximately 450 calories
Treat: approximately 300 calories
Total calories: approximately 2150 calories

Killer Leg workout from Phase 5 of AMP – Aesthetic Muscle Plan.
30 minute walk with Chief
I was pretty damn happy to hit a 370 pound Deadlift for 3 sets of 5 reps each… considering I’m a 158 pound bro… in a caloric deficit… and these lifts were at the end of a brutal leg workout.
This is a bit lighter than what I would typically lift at the beginning of a leg workout while in a caloric deficit… and that’s more than fine… because it’s great to break out of habit and routine in order to challenge your body in a unique way and spark muscle growth.
I’ve been feeling amazing so far this week with the body part split routine. It’s been five months since I followed one… and my body is certainly feeling the extra volume and attention to detail in each workout.
Damn I love this Physique Artist Lifestyle!
