Full Strength post-workout shake: 300 calories
Dinner: approximately 450 calories
Treat: approximately 300 calories
Bonus Treat: approximately 200 calories
Total calories: approximately 2150 calories

Progress is happening faster than I had anticipated… and I may bump up my calories a bit… but, I’ll hold off on that decision until after this weekend… Easter weekend… since I know Sunday is going to be a big eating day with chocolate bunnies and other goodies 😉
