Full Strength post-workout shake: 300 calories
Dinner: approximately 450 calories
Treat: chips, beef jerky, and a beer… calories???

Abs and Calves workout
30 minute walk with Chief
10 minute HIIT on stationary bike (20 second sprints 40 second recovery)
My Current Stats:
5′ 7″
157 lbs
38 years old
I consumed more chips than I had planned, so I probably ended up close to maintenance level calories at the end of the day.
