Here’s the meal breakdown…
Breakfast: eggs… approximately 500 calories
Lunch: oatmeal, blueberries, and protein powder… approximately 450 calories
Snack: Greek yogurt, blueberries, and protein powder… approximately 300 calories
Dinner: Chicken, potatoes, and mixed veggies… approximately 450 calories
Snack: pepperette, 1 hard boiled egg, a few nacho chips… approximately 300 calories
Total calories: Approximately 2000 calories
All in all a pretty damn good day.
