In today’s video you’ll see behind the scenes footage from our brutal leg workout in addition to each of the meals I consumed today… half of which could be considered junk food… yet I’m still making progress toward crazy ripped abs.
I also share some insights into scale deception… and why I didn’t panic or feel guilty after seeing my weight go up 3 pounds after a day of indulgence. Unfortunately, some people would throw in the towel and beat themselves up… saying, “I blew it again!”

Notice… after just two days, not only did my weight go back down… but I hit my lightest weight since starting this cutting phase…
…and I did it without panicking… without cutting extra calories… without adding extra cardio from guilt… I just got right back to how I’ve been eating for the past three weeks.
…no secrets… nothing complicated… just simplicity.
Here’s my meal breakdown for the day…
Breakfast: approximately 450 calories
Full Strength post-workout shake: 300 calories
Second Meal: approximately 450 calories
Third Meal: approximately 500 calories
Fourth small meal: approximately 200 calories
Evening Snack: approximately 400 calories (I doubled up on what I shared in the video… ooops)
Total calories: approximately 2300 calories
