In today’s behind the scenes footage Rick and I are at it again… wasting our time with isolation exercises 😉 What can we say… we’re bro’s… it’s in our blood to pump up our 17″ pythons.

Here’s my activities for the day…

Arm Workout from Phase 5 of AMP – Aesthetic Muscle Plan.
10 minute Calves Workout
10 minute Abs Workout
10 minute intervals on the stationary bike (20 second sprints with 40 second recovery)
30 minute walk with Chief.
