In today’s video I share how and why I needed to modify my planned leg workout. Plus you get to see my wife working out too.
I also pull back the curtain a bit more… and share some footage of our family life… great times with my kids. Our house is always full of laughter and fun. We’re pretty darn laid back.

It was great to see my wife back in action at the gym. It’s been tough for her to maintain any type of workout routine during the past 8 months while she’s been in school taking an accelerated program, which was ridiculously demanding… but now that she’s completed the course, she’s ready to kick some serious butt.
I’m damn proud of her for going back to college at 40 years old. She’s already got a Psychology degree and teaching degree… and now she has a degree in Early Childhood Education.
I’ll see if I can talk her into doing another photo shoot with me this year.
Here’s my meal breakdown for the day…
Breakfast: approximately 450 calories
Full Strength post-workout shake: 300 calories
Second Meal: approximately 350 calories
