Today I recorded an Abs workout and a very effective exercise for stubborn calves in addition to sharing all the meals I ate for the day.
I also share my fat loss progress from the past 3-4 days… and discus the topic of weight fluctuations.

Here’s the meal breakdown…
Breakfast: approximately 500 calories
Lunch: approximately 400 calories
Small meal: approximately 450 calories
Small meal: approximately 300 calories
Snack: approximately 450 calories.
Total calories: Approximately 2100 calories
It’s been a crazy busy week and we need to do some serious grocery shopping. Normally our dinners would have a lot more variety… which I’m sure you will notice in future videos.
Here’s my activities for the day…
10 minute abs workout
15 minute calves workout
15 minute HIIT on the stationary bike… 15 second all out sprints at a high resistance… 45 seconds slow at a low resistance.
30 minute walk with my dog Chief
