I also tried something different for breakfast today… to see if I’d have more energy for my workout…
Here’s my meal breakdown for the day…
Breakfast: approximately 450 calories
Full Strength (Post-workout shake): 300 calories
Afternoon meal: approximately 450 calories
Dinner: approximately 700 calories
Snack: approximately 100calories
Total calories: approximately 2000 calories

Lifted some heavy shit! AMP – Aesthetic Muscle Plan Phase 4
30 minute walk with Chief.

I was hoping to hit a personal best on the Deadlift today, but couldn’t pull it off. I felt strong, but not quite as strong as I was in a slight surplus. Getting shredded will be worth it… and I can go back to setting PB’s when I get back to eating at maintenance and a slight surplus.
