Aesthetic Muscle Journal May 4th: Low Calorie Day

After two days of eating in a surplus I didn’t feel very hungry. Combine that a crazy busy day of work around the house and I ended up not eating very much… so today finished off as a pretty low calorie day.

Check out everything I ate today… including a delicious dessert my daughter helped make… she’s way too cute 😉

I’ll be back tomorrow with a workout that targets the lower abs.
