NOTE: I’m pretty damn happy to see how the deep cuts and striations in my quads are coming along.

Breakfast: approximately 450 calories
Pre-workout meal: approximately 450 calories
Full Strength post-workout shake: 300 calories
Dinner: ???? calories

Total calories: ??? definitely stayed well within my caloric deficit target.

Here’s my activities for the day…

Leg Workout from Phase 5 of AMP – Aesthetic Muscle Plan.
10 minute calve workout
10 minute abs workout
