Here’s my meal breakdown for the day…

Breakfast: High Protein Aesthetic Muscle Crepes… approximately 490 calories
Liquid Treat: Coffee with Hot Chocolate… approximately 100 calories
Snack: Nachos and Hummus… approximately 300 calories
Dinner: Aesthetic Muscle Fish Sticks, Homemade Sweet Potato Fries, and Hummus… approximately 400-450 calories
Full Strength post-workout shake: 300 calories

Total calories: approximately 1600-1700 calories

…I didn’t realize how low my calories were today. It sure didn’t feel like I ate that little.

Here’s my activities for the day…

40 minute walk with my dog Chief
Push Workout with Hypertrophy Focus

Strength felt great today… in spite of being in a caloric deficit

Decline Bench Press
245 x 7 reps
265 x 5 reps
275 x 3 reps

Incline Dumbbell Bench Press
95 x 6 reps
95 x 6 reps
95 x 5 reps

Gironda Dips (weighted)
90 x 7 reps
90 x 6 reps
90 x 6 reps

Overhead Press with Trap Bar
90 x 7 reps
90 x 6 reps
90 x 6 reps

Close Grip Bench Press with 20lbs chains on each end
145 plus chains x 7
155 plus chains x 6
155 plus chains x 5

My Current Stats:
5′ 7″
154 lbs
38 years old
