Leg Day… it should scare you a little… but excite you a lot! I was definitely nervous all day leading up to our Leg Workout. I could vividly recall how last week’s session had me sucking wind and set my muscles on fire. And how could I forget the DOMS ๐Ÿ˜‰

It felt great to do yard work on a beautiful day with my shirt off. I couldn’t help but think of how having ripped abs increases my confidence… even though I’m already a very confident guy.
