…but the difference between how I perform a Sumo Squat and how most other trainees perform it, is like night and day.
The difference is in the mass intention. In other words… what’s going on in my mind.
Thanks to B-Pak’s advice, I now have the ability to focus 100% of my attention on specific areas of my thighs and intensify the stretch and contraction.
