My top priority is always Awareness… listening to my body. I woke up really wanting to include a 10 minute HIIT session on the spin bike, but as the day went on my legs were feeling like they needed more time to recover from the previous day’s Leg Workout… so I just went for a walk with my dog Chief instead.
