Evil Carbs, Deadlifts, and Kettlebell Swings: Aesthetic Muscle Journal May 14th

…That was a comment I received from a friend last weekend.

With all the fear mongering on the Internet and in the media, it never surprises me when I hear concerns about carb intake.
