Hi everyone, it’s been about 10 days now since I’ve been following Flavia Del Monte’s Curvalicious program. Man, what a killer workout it has been. I’ve been truly enjoying the variety in the workout and how it has triggered my muscles in a new way.
It’s important to put the time and effort into sculpting the shoulders. When rounded and defined, they look extremely attractive in a strapless dress. Well developed shoulders also have the benefit of creating the illusion of having a smaller waist.
Here is a shoulder sculpting exercise that I’d like to share with you from one of Flavia’s workouts. It includes front and lateral raises with constant tension on your deltoid muscles.
