For the past few years this fitness trend has been on the rise, but in 2013 it has finally taken the industry by storm and I couldn’t be happier. The trend… training for looks! I know… who would uv thunk it eh? After all, most of us begin a workout program because we want to look better.
The question is… what is the look you are going for? …and is the program you are following designed to achieve that specific look?
