At this point in the workout your quads should already be fried from the previous ‘grunt’ work you put in.
With each drop in weight your body will be forced to dig deeper and tap into the muscle fibers that are often underutilized. This is where you’ll really sculpt those deep cuts and insane muscle definition.
The target is to hit between 10-12 reps for each of the 4 sets. Alternate legs before reducing the weight. There is no rest between sets.
