Leg Day… it should scare you a little… but excite you a lot! I was definitely nervous all day leading up to our Leg Workout. I could vividly recall how last week’s session had me sucking wind and set my muscles on fire. And how could I forget the DOMS 😉

Here’s my meal breakdown for the day…
Breakfast: High Protein Banana Pancake… approximately 550 calories
Full Strength post-workout shake: 300 calories
Second Meal: Tuna Melt… approximately 450 calories
Snack: Trifle… ??? calories
Dinner: Beef Kabobs and a Hearty Salad ???? calories
Treat: Nachos and Salsa… approximately 300 calories
Total calories: ??? small deficit
