This month I’m going to record my entire aesthetic muscle workout program and share it with you. Today’s training session was a hypertrophy focused Push Workout… targeting the chest, shoulders, and triceps
This program is 3 days on 1 day off.
Here’s what it looks like…
Day 1: Push Workout strength focus
Day 2: Pull Workout strength focus
Day 3: Legs Strength focus
Day 4: Off
Day 5: Push Workout hypertrophy focus
Day 6: Pull Workout hypertrophy focus
Day 7: Legs hypertrophy focus
Day 8: Off
It’s ok if you can’t follow 3 days on 1 day off every week… just continue following the order of the workouts.
This week I’m actually going to be training 5 days in a row… then take two days off… simply because it’s a long weekend and I’ll be out of town.
