I woke up really wanting to include a 10 minute HIIT session on the spin bike, but as the day went on my legs were feeling like they needed more time to recover from the previous day’s Leg Workout… so I just went for a walk with my dog Chief instead.

It felt great to bump up the weight on most exercises today… even though I’m in a caloric deficit and coming off a night with very little sleep. This is the benefit of not cutting your calories too much during a fat loss phase.
