The Rear Delt Cable Fly’s and Upright Rows make for a great finisher at the end of a killer shoulder workout! The RDCF’s hit your shoulders a little different than a bent over raise and really allows you to focus and concentrate on your rear delts. Be sure not to go too heavy with this exercise and aim for high reps.
Thanks to my workout partner, I’ve been using weight plates for Upright Rows. This makes the movement more fluid.
