Hi there, Scott and I have been experimenting with a variety of Quinoa recipes lately and are absolutely loving the taste and texture of it! It’s a great alternative to brown or basmati rice and oats, which are staples in my diet. One of the big benefits is that it’s gluten free, which is great for our fellow Metabolic Masterpiece friends who have an intolerance or allergy to gluten.
