Frankly, it’s the best damn nutrition book I’ve read in a long time. The amount of research and work that went into writing Starve Mode is absolutely astonishing.
With all of the hype and controversy out there, it sure is refreshing to come across a resource that is thoroughly researched with your best interests at heart.
Today we hear a lot about insulin, hormones, carbs, and all that good stuff. Most of what you hear is just fluff. A few studies here and there, leaving you with more questions than answers, while adding to the overall confusion.

I spent 5 days reading Starve Mode carefully. I took notes… and now I’m ready to read through it again to make sure it all sinks in.
