Your challenge for today is to reduce the weight slightly and play around with different wrist and shoulder positions…
Do you feel a difference in tension if your wrists are flexed, compared to a neutral or extended position?
Does the exercise become more challenging with your shoulders in a more extended position? Can you “feel” more tension in the long head of the triceps brachii when your upper arms are extended?
Experiment with this simple variations and report back with your experience.
