Today marked the start of a new Aesthetic Muscle workout plan that we’ll be following for the next 4 weeks. It was a push workout focused on strength, which included the Trap Bar Overhead Press. This was the first time I’ve used the Trap Bar for any type of upper body exercise and I absolutely loved it!
You’ll also see some of our female Physique Artist’s kick’n butt in the gym… proudly showing off their aesthetic muscle… and of course… as usual you’ll see all of my meals.
