If you are looking to add some variety to your biceps training you may want to give Lying Cable Curls a try…
You should experiment with bringing the bar down to a few different areas; chin, eyes, and forehead. You will notice that you feel the contraction at different areas of your biceps when you bring it down to a variety of places.
If you are lifting a fairly challenging weight you will want to contract your glutes and engage your core before you curl the bar.
