Hey, thanks for taking the time to read my posts. Today I just wanted let you ladies know that I’m really enjoying Flavia Del Monte’s Curvalicious workouts. Yes–they are INTENSE. I consider myself in great shape, and there are more than a few exercises that I find challenging.
I’ve now been following Flavia’s program for the past 2 weeks. It’s been an awesome compliment to the Metabolic Masterpiece program.
What’s great about her workouts is that she does provide a beginner’s program. If you are struggling with some of her exercises you can easily be guided to perform them in a less challenging way. Once you master the beginner’s exercises, you can always take it up a notch as you feel comfortable.
If you are looking to get strong and shape those muscles, check out her program! Or you may just want to expand on the variety in your current workout…Curvalicious would be an excellent compliment. I will always recommend to change up your routine…remember you don’t want to fall into the trap of ‘muscle memory.’ (when our body adapts to an exercise and it loses its effectiveness)

Are you like Scott and I… always on the lookout for healthy meals that taste great and require very little time and effort to prepare? Eggs are a part of my nutrition plan each and every day. Because I consume them so often I always keep my eyes open for recipes that will add variety to how I prepare them.
Today I came across a great fat burning recipe in Tom Venuto’s Burn The Fat Inner Circle called the “Low Calorie Red and Green Scramble”.
Not only did we decide to try it out for ourselves, but Scott also used this as an opportunity to teach our daughter Noelle how to prepare healthy meals. Our kids understand the value of consuming healthy nutritious foods, but up to this point we haven’t taught them how to cook nutrient rich meals.
There’s really no excuse not to prepare healthy meals if it’s easy enough that a child can do it ๐

Hi everyone, it’s been about 10 days now since I’ve been following Flavia Del Monte’s Curvalicious program. Man, what a killer workout it has been. I’ve been truly enjoying the variety in the workout and how it has triggered my muscles in a new way.
It’s important to put the time and effort into sculpting the shoulders. When rounded and defined, they look extremely attractive in a strapless dress. Well developed shoulders also have the benefit of creating the illusion of having a smaller waist.
Here is a shoulder sculpting exercise that I’d like to share with you from one of Flavia’s workouts. It includes front and lateral raises with constant tension on your deltoid muscles.
