Last Spring when I was going through a cutting phase to carve out ripped abs I had a lot of great success as a result of recording my daily aesthetic muscle workouts and meals.
So now, after relaxing on my diet during the Summer… it’s time to get back to documenting my journey once again.

My daily nutrition goal is approximately 2000 calories. I’m not committed to any macronutrient ratio, but I have a tendency toward 40% carb, 35% protein, 25% fat.
