This week marks the start of a new Aesthetic Muscle training phase, where we are focused on high frequency. We’ll be hitting chest, back, and legs 5 days per week… direct shoulder and arm work is done 2 days per week.
Today we started our workout with Trap Bar Deadlifts, which I haven’t done in 6 months while I learned how to perform the Conventional Deadlift and Sumo Deadlift technique.
I was exceptionally happy to pull 370lbs, then 390lbs with relative ease. I can’t wait to see how I progress during the next few weeks.
