Blasted back and biceps today from phase 15 of the Aesthetic Muscle Plan. In this footage I share some of the exercises we did, which includes the use of Myo-reps, one of our favorite physique training protocol.
Stay tuned at the end of the video where I share every aesthetic muscle meal that I ate for the day.
During the video I point out the difference in the biceps anatomy between Rick and I. I have a longer biceps head that he does, which can make my biceps appear bigger.
The insertion point of your biceps on the radius (lower arm), not only effects your aesthetics, but it will also have an impact on your strength, and even range of motion. Rick tends to be stronger than me with biceps training and he seems to be able to contract the biceps further in the range of motion than I can.
Check it, share your thoughts, and let me know if you’ve used Myo-reps in your training before.
