With practice, everything becomes easier. Including carving out a magnificent physique with diet and weight training.

Whether you realize it now or not, every attempt you have ever made to transform your body, has set you up for success. No matter if the attempt only lasted one day, one week, or one month.

All of the challenges you faced and the struggles you endured, no matter how frustrating and disappointing it may have felt at the time, was mastery in making.

Three weeks into this cutting phase and at 41 years young, fat loss has never felt easier to me.

Sticking with my nutrition plan appears to be almost effortless.

Training has never been more enjoyable.

Optimal sleep habits have become automatic.

Stress is managed in a blink of an eye.

So when someone says that it’s easier for me to get ripped than it is for them, I can’t argue with it.

Today, I’ve got it good. Really good.

During this cutting phase my goal is to reveal more about the process than ever before.

Each week you’ll get an inside look into every meal I eat. I’ll also be sharing my thoughts and insights into how the deficit is effecting me both physically and mentally.

Let’s kick things off with the first instalment of my Full Week Of Eating.

In this video you’ll see every meal that I ate this week to help me drop 3.5 to 4 lbs.

A large chunk of that initial drop comes from food volume, water, and muscle glycogen. Things will slow down a bit from here on out.

I share the approximate caloric content I consumed each day, plus insights into how the deficit is effecting my hunger and mindset.

A new year is upon us and the holiday gatherings are in full effect. For many physique focused bros, the resolution to get ripped has already been planted in their mind.

The thought of working toward getting cut and jacked come January 1st has you all fired up. But what now?

You still have two weeks of 2016 remaining. What will you do with this time?

Do you over indulge with all the festivities going on? Telling yourself, “I may as well get it out of my system now since I’ll be dieting in two weeks.”

You certainly wouldn’t be alone if you made that decision. I know I’ve been there and done that countless times in the past.

Funny thing is, I convinced myself that it was a smart move each time. That somehow pigging out on junk and alcohol would make my upcoming diet much easier.

This couldn’t be further from the truth.

Which is why Bryan and I have dedicated this episode of the Physique Mastery Podcast to sharing pre-diet strategies that will allow you to enjoy your holidays while setting you up for success in 2017.
