Today was a ‘lighter’ training session… aiming for 10 to 12 reps on each exercise. Shoulders, biceps, and triceps were included in the workout… and it felt great to give them a little extra attention compared to yesterday’s workout, which was strength focused and hitting just the back, legs, and chest.
