The Close Grip Bench Press is one of the better muscle building exercises for your triceps… yet some lifters avoid them because it aggravates their wrists and elbows.
A solution that I have found very helpful is using an angled bar…
…It’s way more comfortable for the wrists and draws the elbows in close to the body… producing a more focused pump in the triceps.
