Here’s the details for the aesthetic leg workout;
A1: Leg Extension with a 5 second squeeze – 8-10 reps – 3 sets
B1: Leg Press – 8 sets of 8
C1: Leg Curl with a 5 second squeeze – 8-10 reps -3 sets
D1: Conventional Deadlift – 8-10 reps – 3 sets
E1: Barbell Reverse Lunges (rest-pause) – 8-10+ reps – 3 sets
