I began today’s workout with some specialized training to build my calves. The main workout focused on sculpting our shoulders. Then I finished off with some specialized training to build my chest… just enough to stimulate the muscle fibres, not destroy them.
Chest and calves are two body parts that I really want to build up this year, so I’ll be giving them some extra special attention with my physique training program design.

The temps finally dropped below the freezing mark this week, so I got my hustle on and set up our ice rink in the backyard. It’s only 20×40, but it provides endless hours of fun and a lifetime of incredible memories. We especially love getting out there after dinner when there is a light snowfall.
